Today we’re taking a look at the i-Blason Cosmo series Ultra Clear case for the galaxy S25 Ultra. Thanks to i-Blason for sending this one over for the video. This case features MagSafe compatibility, a built in screen protector, and has an overall protective stance for your S25 Ultra. This is a totally clear case made from flexible and soft TPU and TPE material. It’s all too often you end up never seeing what your phone actually looks like after you put it in a case so this is kind of a neat feature. This case is offering quite a bit of protection as well though. We have a dual layer interlocking case design. The front frame has a built in screen protector which is definitely appreciated. The screen protector is a decent thickness, it will hold up well against all the normal stuff that will come into contact with your S25 Ultra, keys, change, random stuff on your desk. This frame provides some rigidity for the case, it snaps into place on the screen side of the phone then you just need to press that assembled piece into the main rear case body to complete the installation. Another protection feature I like about this case is the raised bezel on the entire front side of the case and phone. That’s a very helpful feature for flat surface drops, think tile flooring, concrete sidewalks or asphalt streets, you don’t want your phone coming into contact with those surfaces. The bezel ensures that the phone always impacts the ground with some surface of the case which should help absorb and redistribute those impact forces helping to save your glass. As for the fingerprint sensor accuracy, no issues with unlocking on either thumb so that’s quite good. These interlocking frame type cases typically form very strong connections and are unlikely to ever split apart even if your phone goes tumbling away. As for the main rear case body, it’s totally TPU so it’s soft and flexible. This material grips well to skin even without grippy or textured areas on the case. The case is decently thick too, there is at least a few mm here of material all around the phone so I would say your S25 Ultra will be well protected no matter if you drop it and its a side, top, or, bottom impact. The corners are about the same thickness too which is good and since they are more curved here, they actually are a bit stronger and more resistant to compressing. This case does have an N52 or neodymium magnet rated at a strength of about 52. I found the magnet to be decently strong when I tested with my Anker mag rig which is good. As for the camera protection strategy, nothing fancy or over the top here, we have the standard camera cutout region for the cameras and flashlight. There’s a built up bezel as well which will be helpful for those flat surface drops when the phone lands camera side down. Just like the front side, you don’t want those camera lenses impacting hard surfaces. As for the charging capability of this case, wireless QI charging was no issue on my layflat charger, I think compatibility will be good overall. The USB-C cutout was a good size, my larger USB-C cable fit easily and I would say the S-Pen bay was also a good size. No issues with removing and reinserting the S-Pen. After using this case for a little bit, I think this is a solid all around case especially if you don’t want to hide away your S25 Ultra. Solid protection front and back, and the magnet was decently strong as well. I think this will be a desirable option for S25 Ultra owners and pricing should be competitive.
