Today were taking a look at the Spigen Slim Armor Pro MagFit case for the Galaxy Fold 7. The Slim Armor Pro case features an open front frame design with a solid backing piece that supports magsafe accessories. The front frame is attached to the main rear case body and it is allowed to swing by these neat little arms on the top and the bottom. The hinge protection shell piece like most other cases is attached by a spring loaded mechanism, it snaps back like most other cases. The front frame is decently strong, it looks like it will extend up past the screen height for the front screen by about a millimeter which is good for flat surface drop scenarios. The main read case body is quite thick and relatively strong too. This case material is basically all polycarbonate and thermoplastic polyurethane, its a harder plastic type feeling, not to be confused with the softer TPU material you might find on many other cases. That being said though, there’s adhesive strips for the case and frame. They may look small but when I tested similar adhesive strips in the past on other cases for the Fold 6, they are really sticky and you will definitely have to work to get your phone out of the case, it’s definitely not going to slip out if you use the strips and they adhere to the phone correctly. As for the camera protection, we do have a standard camera cutout region with a classic built up bezel to put a mil or two between those camera lenses and any flat surface the Fold 7 might crash into. That should be plenty of camera protection for most people. The button cutouts on the side seem good, the cutouts along the bottom of the case are decent too and after examining this a bit, the textured hinge mechanism is definitely appreciated. This case does support wireless charging and magsafe magnets so you’re getting some good protection, features and functionality and best of all, this is one of the more fairly priced Galaxy Fold 7 cases. I’d definitely recommend taking a look at the SlimArmor Pro if you want all of that in a non bulky format. I’ll leave an affiliate link in the description below to check it out.
