Today we’re taking a look at one of Torras’s first Galaxy Z fold 7 cases. Thanks to Torras for sending this over and sponsoring the video. If you’re new to the Torras brand, they make a bunch of smartphone cases and other mobile accessories. We have a Galaxy Fold 7 Case bundle here. This version of the case includes one main rear case body made from TPU and TPC material. The version we’re looking at is like a frost type backing so the color of your Fold 7 will be visible behind this. This piece has a decent amount of strength but it’s not too rigid which is good and it’s got a built in MagSafe magnet which is definitely a nice to have feature. As for the hinge mechanism, it’s definitely a bit slimmer this time around on the Fold 7 than it was on some of the older Fold 6 cases which I think people will be happy about. This piece will kind of snap back into that closed position. We’re also getting an oper type of front frame in this bundle, it just snaps into place on the phone and will produce a nice small layer of bumper material with the added benefit of a slight bezel raising the case height just over the front of Fold 7. There’s two tempered glass screen protectors in this as well. Each has a protective layer you would peel off for application. Torras is including screen prep materials here so make sure to use these. Prepping the screen on your phone before installing any screen protector is a necessary step to clean applications. We don’t want any bubbles or weird spots underneath the screen protectors. I don’t have the Fold 7 right now but from what I can tell looking at this case comparing to what we saw with Fold 6 cases, if you’re into a lighter, more agile type of case setup for your Fold 7, this is definitely a budget friendly complete kit in terms of case, I would definitely recommend it if that fits your case style.
