Today we’re taking a look at the FACBINY wireless Qi charging station. The charge station was sent over for review and FACBINY is sponsoring this video but all testing and opinions are my own. I was very interested in this product when they reached out, currently I have multiple phones for the channel that support USB-C charging and wireless charging as well as a Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 that I just bought. I always have USB-C charge cables all throughout all of my desks for keeping everything charged up but this has been a bit of a hassle so, a charge station that combines the ability to charge a smartphone, a smart watch, and earbuds is super useful. This charge station is a compact, nice looking little power house. It can provide up to 15w worth of power to a fast charging qi compatible smartphone, up to 5 watts for earbuds, and up to 3 watts for smartwatches. The charge station comes with a USB-C power delivery adapter rated for 20W max which will allow you to charge all three devices simultaneously. Today I’m testing the Samsung edition of this charge station but FACBINY does offer an Apple specific version. We’ll start off with charging up the Samsung S23 Ultra and my Samsung Galaxy Watch 5. I wanted to give the charge station a bit of a test so I ran the battery on my S23 Ultra down to 20% and then got the Galaxy Watch 5 down to 49% battery. I timed the charge up to 80% on the S23 Ultra, I got to 80% in just under 2 hours, something like 1 hour and 56ish minutes. As for the Smart watch, to get from 49% to 90%, it took about 1 hour and 13 minutes. I thought these charge times were pretty good and what I would expect at these power levels. It’s really convenient for me to charge my phone and watch on 1 device, with 1 cable, only using 1 power outlet. It helps keep my desk free from extra stuff and it honestly looks really slick. The charge station has a very nice soft touch type of plastic and it looks awesome in the black color. The designs for the phone, watch, and earbuds rest are nice looking and actually very functional. Since the standing part of the charge station does pivot, I wanted to see if my Samsung S22 Ultra or S23 Ultra and the Galaxy watch would weigh it down, they did not. Another attention to detail item is that the bottom of the charge station has feet that will actually keep it in place when you go to set your devices down or pick them up. For being such a small device but providing aesthetically pleasing wireless charging for up to 3 device types simultaneously, I really like this charging station. It looks slick, I’m definitely keeping this one around. If you have fully embraced the smart life and need a convenient way to charge up your Android phone, smartwatch, and earbuds in a wireless manner, then I would definitely take a look at this wireless charging station.
