The S22 Ultra stands out with its integrated S Pen (we miss you Note), a feature traditionally associated with the Galaxy Note series. It boasts a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with QHD+ resolution and a peak brightness of 1750 nits! The quad-camera setup includes a 108 MP main sensor, a 12 MP ultrawide sensor, and two 10 MP telephoto lenses offering 3x and 10x optical zoom. Like the S22, it is powered by either the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 (in the US) or Exynos 2200 chipset (EU mostly?) and comes with up to 8-12 GB of RAM depending on storage tiers, 256GB up to 1 TB of storage. The 5000 mAh battery supports 45W wired and 15W wireless charging but charging over ~20w will probably be difficult in my experience.
